Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about every report you generate with PunchPilot. This page explains how refunds work.
1. Free re-runs when AI fails
If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end — for example, if our AI processor returns an error or your report is rendered incomplete — we'll re-run the analysis at no additional charge. Just reply to your receipt email and we'll handle it.
2. Refund eligibility
Because each report consumes real processing costs the moment you submit payment, we generally do not offer refunds on completed reports. However, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The report failed to generate and we are unable to re-run it successfully
- The report was billed in error (for example, you were charged twice for the same upload)
- The output is materially defective in a way that a re-run cannot fix
3. How to request a refund
Reply to your receipt email or contact us at support@[yourdomain].com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your report ID and a brief explanation of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We resolve nearly every issue directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
