What inspection formats does it work with?+

Any PDF. Spectora, Inspectify, HomeGauge, ISN, custom-formatted, even scanned reports as long as the text is selectable.

How accurate are the cost estimates?+

Cost ranges are AI-generated estimates based on typical US contractor pricing. Treat them as a negotiation starting point, not a binding quote.

What if the AI gets it wrong?+

Re-runs are free. Reply to your receipt email and we'll re-analyze the report or refund you.

Can I edit the repair list before sharing?+

You select which projects to share and add a personal note. Future versions will support inline edits.

Is my client's data secure?+

PDFs are stored encrypted in AWS. Reports are sent to Anthropic for analysis. We don't share your reports with anyone outside of you.
